Huberia Striata Ant Colony 1 queen with 50+ Workers

Huberia Striata is a easy to care species of ant which are perfect for a beginner. Colonies can have multiple queens present and can grow to number in the 1000s. They grow at relatively fast rate making them exciting compared some ant species. Chelaner Antarcticus is commonly mistaken for Huberia Striata the easiest way to identify them is by the black dot on their head as in the photos and the very orange colour compared to that of c. Antarcticus. Workers average 5mm and queens that of 10mm. Queens are very bright red/orange colored with a black abdomen.

Care

Huberia Striata Require the basic all ants need such as sugar and protein. Common food sources are insects (fly, Crickets, Cockroaches, Mealworms etc)

Farm:

     Ants farm (O3)(size 120 x 65mm), living area(80x65x60 mm)

     farm have few color to choose from: Marble Like, wood like, or just white. if you not put message when you confirm order, i will shipping random

     The left side is add water area, you can add water here. and this with Special formula cement, so the water will go though and ant can drink inside nest.

nest have both wet area and dry area now.
