Delivery Information

We shipping all area within New Zealand.

We can ship all farm and tools to oversea, but no Ant and no life insect to oversea.

We only shipping live product on Monday and Tuesday. All other product, shipping Monday to Friday.

Shipping from Auckland. At buyer's risk.

Ants is quite safe in parcel. 99% will arrived very safe. They can stay inside for week without food. but if courier put it under sun for whole afternoon, will be cooked. so please check your tracking link (in your order history) and make sure take them inside your house ASAP.

Most insect don't like hot.  When it is summer, springtails, isopods, daphnia will have more risk, only 80% will arrived safe, and shipping is on buyer's risk, so please understand you like take the risk before you buy. (winter will be 99% safe)

if you receive all dead. Please take photo or video at first time and email me about that. I offer one-off replacement with only charge shipping fees on springtails and daphnia. (not include ant or others)

I shipping life insect over 3 years. all been experiment can live in parcel 2 weeks. Only reason cost dead is courier put it in front your door under sun. too hot will cost they dead. so please check the tracking link on your won item, make sure you got it once they arrived Shipping everyday from Monday to Friday for all other product.
